Ingredients:
Mutton- 1 kg
Garlic paste- 100 gm
Curd- 500 gm
Onion paste- 50 gm
Red chilli- 3-4
Ginger paste- 50 gm
Kewra essence- 2-3 drops
White pepper powder- 2 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Bay leaves- 3-4
Oil- 4-5 tbsp
Cinnamon stick- 2-3
Direction:
Clean the mutton pieces well.
Rub the pieces with the white pepper along with salt.
Now make a paste of curd & ginger.
Marinate the mutton thoroughly & place in the refrigerator for almost 30-45 minutes.
Now take a heavy bottomed vessel & heat oil on the medium temperature.
Now add the bay leaves, red chillies, onion-garlic paste & cinnamon.
Stir well to fry the ingredients for a few minutes.
Pour the marinated mutton pieces & turn the temperature a little bit high.
Stir properly to mix all the ingredients well & increase the heat to medium (if you want then you can add the little bit of water).
Cover the top & allow it to cook 15-20 minutes (till the muttons are tender).
Sprinkle the kewra essence & cook it for 3-4 minutes more.
Transfer it to a serving plate & your mutton rezala is ready.
