It's me !!!
Hi I’m Amitabha Chakraborty, a common Indian man who loves eating and to satisfy my taste buds I made cooking my passtime.
My collection of quick & easy Indian recipes is now online for you to enjoy or share with your friends and family. No matter what type of Indian food you’re cooking I’m sure you’ll find something interesting.
Please mail me with strong criticism, as I feel without timely criticism the fountain-head of one’s inspirations dries.

Hi im Luke from Bombay. I like your recipes they sound hot and with good taste. Come on its food so criticism is farfetched here.
Write literature and you will get critiqued.
Seriously, do you live in Nagaland, If yes, whats the history there. There are versions all over the web. Great thing for us that the chillies are loved world over mostly for the challenge it provides. No one is eating them daily.
Secondly, the fish we get here [Im a native koli] so i love the smell of dried fish, can I do it with dried mandlis? [tiny golden fish - the dired version]
Also what is that recipe – one friend gave me a potato base with celery and sweet potato and the famous naga dried fish with the naga spice in it. it was awesome.
I feel people can come together by way of food. Look at the chinese – they almost conquer the world
Keep up the good work

Thanks for visiting my site and your comment. You can try with the fish you mentioned. Just that the smell of the pish should be strong + the chillies. both mouth and nose should water
. Well I’m not from Nagaland, I’m a bong who spent his childhood and adolescence in Northeast and loved the food of the northeast. Whats best about the northeast indian cuisines is they are very hot but they use less oil. Please keep coming.
